Rosemary Byer (nee Kwiatkowski) passed away suddenly March 11, 2020 at the age of 61. Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Loving mother of Bridget Donovan (Robert), Joseph, and Justin (Alexandra). Dear Mom-Mom of Brian, Timothy, Connor, Justin, and Jackson. Sister of Joanne Kwiatkowski, Tony Kwiatkowski, Eugene Kwiatkowski (Marie), Frank Bromley (Michele), and the late KevinJohn "Gubby" Bromley. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday Eve 7:00 – 9:00 PM and Thursday 9:00 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME,  9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by her Service at 10:00 AM.
