Russell J. Garrison, Jr.

Beloved husband of Elsie (nee Kulp), with whom he shared over 44 wonderful years of marriage. Loving father of Rick (Kristin), Debra Pieri (Steve), Jill Rivera (Nestor), Russell III and Joseph (Erika). Cherished Pop Pop to his many grandchildren, who brought tremendous joy and pride to his life. Dear brother of Virginia Carr and Carolyn Hoffman (George). Russell is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.

Russell was a devoted family man who treasured the time he spent surrounded by those he loved. His more than four decades of marriage to Elsie were among the greatest blessings of his life, and family was always at the center of everything he did.

A lifelong Philadelphia sports fan, Russell was a true “4 for 4” guy, faithfully cheering on the Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, and 76ers through the good seasons and the bad. If a Philadelphia team was playing, chances were Russell was watching and rooting them on.

Russell spent his working life as a salesman, a career well suited to his personality and his ability to connect with people. Later in life, he found a new passion in eBay, where he enjoyed buying, selling, and spending time finding his next great deal.

Above all else, Russell will be remembered as a loving husband, father, Pop Pop, brother, uncle, and friend. The memories he created and the love he shared throughout his 80 years will live on in the hearts of his family and all who knew him.
