Ruth M. Lowe (née Carlin), age 80, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2025.

She was the beloved wife of the late Alexander "Paul" Lowe, with whom she shared 53 wonderful years of marriage. A devoted mother to her children: Michael (John Bramante), Kristine Foster, and Matthew (Holly). She was the cherished Mommom to her six grandchildren: Andrew, Jonathan (Briana Fasnacht), Melissa, Brandon, Hannah, and Sadie. Ruth was the dear sister of the late George C. Carlin and is also survived by a large, loving extended family who will miss her deeply.

Family and friends are invited to her viewing on Monday, July 7, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:45 AM at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19114. A service will follow at 12:00 PM. Interment will be held at Sunset Memorial Park.
