Samuel P. Omelchuk passed away suddenly September 13, 2020 at the age of 22. Loving father of Samantha Barbara Ann Omelchuk. Beloved son of the late Barbara. Dear grandson of Alma and Eugene. Loving brother of Sean. He is also survived by his loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Sam is a graduate of De La Salle Vocational High School. Services and interment will be held privately for his family.
