Sandra L. Burns (nee Cooper) passed away on April 28, 2024, at the age of 77. Beloved wife of the late Victor Sr. Loving mother of Victor Jr. (Lori Ann), Bernadette Armstrong (William), Matthew, Joseph (Dawn), and Jason. Cherished Grandmom to 13 grandkids and 3 great grandchildren. Sister of Larry Cooper also survived by her sister-in-law Linda McGahan.
