Scherle Kathryn Connell (nee Campbell) was born on August 16, 1934 to her parents Katherine (nee Herzog) and William Campbell.  Scherle married her soulmate, Joseph Peter, in September 1955 and they shared 55 wonderful years together before Joseph's passing.  Scherle passed away peacefully at home with family on July 21, 2021.  Beloved wife of the late Joseph.  Devoted mother of Joseph (Linda), Katherine (Gerard), Timothy (Sherri), Mary, Christopher (Susan), William (Barbara), Matthew (Kristin), and Eugene.  Loving Grandmom of 20 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.  Dear sister of Christine, and the late Elaine, William, Robert, Frances, Gerald, Vincent, and James; survived by many nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Monday, July 26, 2021, 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, followed by her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in her memory to Camilla Hall, 100 Maxis Drive, Malvern, PA 19355.
