Sharon R. Piersanti (nee Gant) went home to heaven on February 8, 2019. She was a former resident of Louisiana and recently returned to her native home of Burlington. Beloved mother of Michael J. Diaczynsky, Jr. (Cynthia) and Meghan R. West. Loving grandmother to Margaret R. Diaczynsky, Michael J. Diaczynsky, III, & Kyle M. West. She was a past Vice President of the Endeavor Ladies Auxiliary, a member of the Women of the Loyal Order of Moose Chapter #440, and a past volunteer member of Caddo Parish Fire Department #1 in Louisiana. She loved playing bingo, spending time in North Wildwood with her Uncle Jack and Aunt Sandi, and sitting by the river in Burlington waiting for the bridge to open for a ship. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles E. Gant, her mother, Jemina M. Faux (nee Horn) and her step-father, John C. Faux. She is survived by her brothers, Charles E. Gant (Susan) and Brian Gant (Jana), several aunts, uncles, nephews, and nieces, of whom her niece, Christy Williams, held a special place in her heart along with her friend, Lambert Wallrath. Relatives and Friends are invited to gather at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 145 W. Broad St. Burlington, NJ. 08016. Friday 10AM followed by her Funeral Mass 12PM. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to St. Mary's Ladle of Love, Beverly United Methodist Church, or Doane Academy In her memory.
