Stephen P. Compton, age 70, of Philadelphia, passed away suddenly on January 9, 2025. He was the beloved son of Mildred and the late Arnold Compton, and the former spouse of Helen. Stephen was a loving father to Matthew, Kerri Conner (Kristopher), and Jarrett (Sawyer), and a proud Pop Pop to his grandchildren, Olivia, Skylar, Brooklyn, Kristopher, and Ellie.

He is also survived by his siblings, Thomas (Anne) and Barbara Lang (the late Bill), along with many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Friday, January 24, 2025, at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114, from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM, followed by Words of Remembrance at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private.
