Steve Rowley passed suddenly June 27, 2021, at the age of 50.  Beloved husband of Nina (nee Smith).  Loving father of Billy (Nicole), Jasmine, Isabelle, and Ami.  Son of Fanesse Rowley and the late Chester.  Beloved son in law of Mary and Robert Smith, Sr.  Dear brother of Vera, Chester, and Stevie; brother in law of Samantha (Bryan), Rachael (Jack), Krystal (Craig), and the late Robert Smith, Jr. Steve will also be sadly missed by his many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Friday, July 2, 2021, 11:30 AM to 1:45 PM, Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, followed by his Service 2:00 PM.  In lieu of flowers, Shriners Hospitals for Children, 3551 N.
