Steven J. Smith passed away suddenly on September 21, 2021 at the age of 68. Son of the late H. Vernon and Jean Smith. Beloved husband of Patricia. Loving father of Steven Jr. (Michele), Jason, and Jennifer; stepfather of Tara (Matt), and Kim. Dear Pop Pop of 6 grandchildren. Brother of Vernon (Maryann), Rick (Patty), and Cindy (Ron). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Steve was partner of Smith Brothers Contracting, and a retired roofing group leader for the City of Phila. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Tuesday 10:00-11:45 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by his Service at 12:00 PM. Interment Forest Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to American Heart Assoc., 5455 N. High St. Columbus, OH 43214 would be appreciated.
