Steven Stier, 51, of Warminster, PA, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away at home on October 19, 2026.
Steve was a devoted husband, loving father, son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and buddy to some of the best friends a guy could have. He is survived by his beloved wife, Stacey Stier (nee Reynolds), and their two sons, Kyle Stier and Brandon Stier, who were an important part of his life and legacy. His marriage to Stacey was a true partnership for more than 25 years and began when they were just 2 crazy kids, built on Love, Friendship and Devotion that only deepened with time. Steve was proud of his boys and a loving father, cheering them on, steadying them when they needed it, and loving Kyle and Brandon without condition. His family was his greatest joy and his life’s purpose. The love he gave will carry on in everything they do.
Steve was the cherished son of Walter Stier and the late Janet Stier (nee Santon), He is also survived by his loving siblings, Charlene Hanlon, Alicia Williams (Scott), and Scot Stier (Karen) along with many beloved nieces and nephews.
Steve was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having honorably served his country. His service as a Marine was a meaningful part of his life and reflected his strength, dedication, and commitment.
North Wildwood, NJ was he & Stacey’s second home. Meeting up at Owen's, the Orca Bar or Surfing Pig with his circle of good friends was one of the things he enjoyed most. Steve always looked out for his people and was the first to offer his help if he thought it was needed. His summertime Friday afternoon texts..."Gentlemen, I am on the island" will be sorely missed.
Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate Steve’s life and honor his memory Monday, November 2, 2026, 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM, Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, followed by Words of Remembrance 1:00 PM.
Steve’s family extends their heartfelt appreciation to all who have offered love, support, and condolences during this difficult time.
Semper Fidelis — Always Faithful.
