Susan Chodak (nee Babusik) passed away on June 2, 2025. She was the cherished daughter of the late Frank and Anna Babusik. Loving mother to Bryan Chodak. Beloved sister to Elaine Roditis, Robert Babusik, Anthony Babusik (Maryanne), Marianne Osmolski (Frank), Thomas Babusik (Kim), and the late Joan Babusik. Susan was also a dear aunt to many loving nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at St. Agnus/St John's Catholic Church (319 Brown St, Philadelphia, PA 19123) from 10:00AM-11:00AM, followed by her Funeral Mass. Interment private. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Susan's name to the Parkinson Disease Foundation .
