Teresa C. Hammond (nee Quigley) passed peacefully January 6, 2026, at the age of 94.  Beloved wife of the late James.  Devoted mother of Teresa Corcoran (Thomas) and James Hammond (Janine).  Loving Mom mom of Shannon Perkins (Kevin), Erin, Patrick, Kelly, Tommy, and Michelle and great grandmom of Beckett and Magnolia; she is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Teresa was the youngest of eight children, with four brothers and three sisters.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Tuesday, January 13, 2026, 9:00 AM St. Martha Church, 11301 Academy Road, Philadelphia, followed by her Funeral Mass 9:30 AM.  Interment will take place at Washington Crossing National Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
