Passed away suddenly November 3, 2010, at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA. A family member of the Delta Community since 1995, she was adopted by the Jackson Family. A graduate of Pennsbury High School, she enjoyed working at Growth Horizons Workship, spending time with her friends, traveling, and being active in her church. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Theresa is survived by her two cousins Agnes Josephine Golphin and Cornell Turner. Family and friends are invited to her viewing Friday 1PM, Burns Funeral Home, 1514 Woodbourne Rd., Levittown, PA followed by her service 2PM. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers contributions to Delta Community Supports, 700 Johnsville Rd., Suite 720, Warminster, PA 18974 in her memory would be appreciated.
