Theresa B. McClafferty
February 14, 1950 — April 23, 2026
Theresa Bernadette McClafferty (née Evans), age 76, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2026. A beloved wife, mother, mom-mom, sister, aunt, and friend - she was simply the best!
She is survived by her loving husband Dennis McClafferty. Cherished and devoted mother of Kelly Konrad (Michael), Dennis McClafferty, and Elizabeth Sharpe (Brian). Deeply loved Mom-Mom of Claire, Kelly, Brian, and Jack. Theresa will also be sadly missed by her sisters Anne Gambino and Marie Nicas, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet her family on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, from 9:00-10:45 A.M. at St. Jerome Church, 8100 Colfax St., Philadelphia, PA 19136. Funeral Mass 11:00 A.M
