Thomas W. Brown passed away June 9, 2019. A lifelong resident of Mayfair; Tom was a Korean War Navy Veteran, and an elementary school teacher with the City of Philadelphia for 17 years. Dear brother of the late Amelia Milliken. He is survived by his brother-in-law David Milliken, and his nephew David Scott Milliken. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Thursday June 20, 2019 12:00 PM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by his Service at 1:00 PM. Interment Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
