Loving husband of the late Bernice.  Beloved father of Karen Vollmer (Ed), Thomas W. Burns, Jacqueline Dooley (Joe) and the late Colleen Burns.  Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and his brother Jack.  Tom was preceded in death by his companion Gloria Kingston.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Tuesday, January 17, 2023 , from 8-9:45 A.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114.  Funeral Mass 10:30 A.M. at Our Lady of Calvary Church.  Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
