Thomas R. Kent, age 79, passed away on December 16, 2024. He was the beloved husband of Dot (nee Zukovsky) and a devoted father to Jean Andrucyk, Patricia Schaeffer (Edward), and the late Thomas and Nancy Kent. Thomas was a cherished poppy to eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, whose lives he touched with love and joy.

A proud United States Marine, Tom served his country with honor and dedication. Later in life, he became a beloved school bus driver for the City of Philadelphia, where he earned the respect and affection of many. His kindness, generosity, and unwavering commitment to those around him will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.

Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects during the viewing on Friday, December 20, 2024, at Burn Funeral Home, located at 1428 E. Columbia Ave. Phila., PA 19125, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by his Service at 12:00 PM. Interment will be private.
