Thomas, Sr., 62, of Philadelphia, PA passed away on January 18, 2021, losing his fight with COVID-19.

Thomas is survived by his children Thomas Jr. and Jessica Neill (nee Kerns); his brother James and his wife Dianne; his nephews Marc Hughes and his wife Imogen, Shawn Kerns and his wife Molly; and his great-nephews Marc Jr., Grant and Cormac.

Tom was preceded in death by his loving mother Anna Kerns and his brothers John and Michael.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather Tuesday January 26, 2021 at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave.,  Philadelphia, Pa. 19114 11am to 1pm.
