Thomas Allen Lowden Jr. ("Big Tom") was called home on December 21, 2018. Tom was born in Stuggart, Germany to the late Thomas Allen Lowden Sr. and Walburga Lowden. Tom was a great guy with a huge heart and a friend to many. On Sundays he could be found standing in his "box" at the Hemans Club intensely watching the Eagles game or standing behind the grill making steak.  He was also frequently seen around the neighborhood walking is beloved dogs Vera and Mannix. He loved his family and was steadfast to the roles in his life that meant the most to him: father, husband, son, brother, and uncle. His sense of humor created a gravitational pull towards him and he touched the lives of countless friends during his journey here on earth.  Dad, Big Tom, Uncle Tom, Thomas, Borg will be missed more than he could have imagined.  Tom is survived by his children Jessica (Sam), and Thomas Lowden; his loving and caring wife Cheryl (nee Keegan) Lowden; his mother Borgy Lowden; his sister and brother-in-law Yasmine and Ray Schobert and his nephews and niece Raymond, Andrew and Lilly Schobert. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Friday December 28, 2018 at Page Funeral Home, 302 E. Union St. Burlington, NJ 08016 from 1-3:45 PM followed by his Service at 4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations in his memory to the American Heart Association, 5455 N. High St. Columbus, OH 43214.
