Beloved husband of Elizabeth (nee Hartey). Son of the late Vincent and Ethel (nee Reid). Loving father of Thomas A., Jr. (Maryanne), Kevin, Kathleen Maguire (Tom), Gregory (Tricia), Patrick (Kelly), and Colleen Marren (Mike). Also survived by 18 grandchildren, one brother Vincent, and 2 sisters Maureen and Susan. Devoted to his family and to his country, a proud American. He served in the U.S. Navy UDT/SEALS and was a member of the Philadelphia Police Department and U.S. Customs. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Tuesday evening 6-9 P.M. and Wednesday morning 8:30-9:30 A.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 1428 E. Columbia Ave. (at Frankford Ave.). Funeral Mass 10 A.M. at Holy Name of Jesus Church. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
