Beloved husband of Diane (nee Stewart). Loving father of John (Maureen) Hogan, Brian Polaski, Chris (Kelly) Hogan and the late Michelle Polaski. Pop-pop to Connor, Julia, Sara and Casey. Also survived by 2 sisters Doris McDonald and Patricia Forst. Services and interment are private.
