Peacefully on April 5, 2015 at the age of 73. A retired Navy veteran of 41 years, retired Phila. Police officer of 24 years and investigator for the Attorney General's office for 15 years. Tom was the head of the Banner Committee for the Police & Fire League of the Sacred Heart. He is the beloved husband of 49 years to Patricia (nee Mosko). Loving father of Thomas, Jr., Ann Marie Markee (Michael) and the late George and Susan. Pop to Michael (Amanda), Thomas III, Brandon, Julianne, Paige, Hannah and the late Austin. Dear brother of Mae Scott (Jim), John (Marlene) and the late George. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives, friends and members of the FOP Lodge #5 are invited to his viewing Fri Eve 6-9 PM and Saturday 9-10:15 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. (so.
