After a courageous battle, Timothy passed away on December 6, 2019 at the age of 64. Loving husband of Patricia (nee Foley). Devoted father of Tricia Meenan (James), Timothy Jr. (Kristi), Scott and the late Colleen Fitz-Gerald. Devoted Pop of Joey, Ryan, Ryleigh, Connor, Kayde, Macie, Keegan and Dani. Brother of Lillian Fitz-Gerald (Jimmy) and Richard (Virginia). Tim served during the Vietnam War in the United States Navy. He was 30 year member of the Philadelphia Police Dept., retiring as a detective. Tim also served as a building security manager at the Wells Fargo Center for 12 years. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Wed. 6:00-9:00 PM and Thursday 8:15 AM-9:15 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by his Funeral Mass 10:00 AM at St.Katherine of Siena Church.
