Veronica (Ronnie) M. Koellner 84, of Levittown, PA, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at her home surrounded by family after a long and courageous battle with cancer and dementia.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at Burns Funeral Home located at 1514 Woodbourne Rd., Levittown from 6 to 9 PM.  The funeral service will be held at 9:30 am on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Queen of the Universe RC Church located at 2443 Trenton Rd., Levittown.  Burial will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, located at 830 Highland Rd., Newtown, PA at 11:30 am, at which time she will be laid to rest with her husband Edward (Jesse).

Veronica was born in Philadelphia on July 28, 1935, youngest daughter of Elizabeth (Veit) and Charles Fox.  She graduated from St. Hubert's Catholic High School in 1953.

Veronica was married to Edward (Jesse) on September 3, 1955.  They were married for 50 years until the death of her beloved husband on October 12, 2005.

After Veronica had raised her nine children, she went to work at Statesman's Nursing Home as a laundry room attendant, where she worked her way up to Supervisor of Environmental Services.  After she retired, she went back as a volunteer and continued to help for many years.  Veronica loved to shop, she also enjoyed being with her children and grandchildren.

Veronica is survived by her brother in law John Malone and sister in law Eve Fox; her 9 children:  Edward Koellner, Susan (Gary) Phelan, Stephen Koellner, Rosemarie (Rich) Koellner, Michael (Doreen) Koellner, James (Maria) Koellner, William (Dana) Koellner, Veronica (Angelo) Alizzo and Jeffrey (Kimberly) Koellner; her 16 grandchildren:  Daniel Koellner, Christopher (Maura) Phelan, Gregori Phelan, Jessica (Anthony) DiGiovanni, Lauren Koellner, Mallory Koellner, Kyle (Jillian) Koellner, Krista (Jose) Koellner, Kelsey Koellner, Jacquelyn Koellner, Marlene Koellner, Emily Ann Koellner, Nigel Koellner, Ashley (Dan) Alizzo, Connor Koellner and Corey Koellner and her 8 great grandchildren:  Gregori Jr., Brendan, Gavin, Bianca, Madison, Stella Rose, Oakley and Elaina and many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Veronica is preceded in death by Edward (husband), Elizabeth (nee Fox; sister), Charles (Brother), Elizabeth (nee Veit; mother) Charles (father), Angelo (son in law), and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in Veronica's name to the charity of your choice or to Heartland Hospice.  The family of Veronica Koellner wishes to thank Heartland Hospice and Right at Home Care for Seniors for all they have done in providing care and comfort to Veronica.
