A resident of Bensalem, and a retired steamfitter with Local 420, Vince was known to have a zest for life. Anyone who met him always felt that they have a friend for life. One of his many accomplishments was that he was a member of Who's Who in American Business. A devoted father and husband he always put his family first and cherished his grandchildren.
He is the beloved husband of the late Patricia (nee Brennan), devoted father of Michele Musick (Derek) and Diane Murray (James), loving poppy of Erin, Caitlyn, Derek, Seamus and Eva, dear brother of James Coffield; he is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Monday Evening 7 to 9 PM and also Tuesday 8:30 to 9:15 AM, Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., Phila., PA, followed by his Funeral Mass 10 AM St. Ephrem Church. Interment is Resurrection Cemetery.
His family would like to thank Dr. Robert Kotloff for giving him the chance at life with the lung transplant. Dr. Edward Woo, Dr. Joseph Woo, Dr. Ronald Fairman and most recently Dr. Rupel Shah and Eric Hobson along with all the nurses at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania who took care of him.
