Harrington and Dennis K. Miller. Proud pop-pop of Brian M. McCoy, Caitlin R. and Matthew M. Fenn, Alexandra M. and Thomas V. Carroll, Reagan N. and Riley G. Pagano; father-in-law of Joanie (Dean) Pagano; dear brother of Patricia (Walter) Ott, and friends too numerous to mention. After joining the U.S. Navy and becoming a Submariner, Vince left Owego, NY and settled in Philadelphia. An avid sports fan, the Flyers and Eagles were Vince's teams. As President of the Matt Harrington Memorial Fund, Vince, with the support of many friends, has awarded $190,000 in scholarships to graduating Council Rock Ice Hockey players. If there was a hockey player that needed financial help, there was no hesitation.
