Son of the late Vincent Sr. and Ethel (nee Reid), former owners of Milligan Bar. Loving brother of Maureen Seltner (Hugh), Susan Milligan (Frank), and the late Thomas (Betty); also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Saturday, November 16, 2013, 9 AM, Holy Name of Jesus Church, 701 E. Gaul St., Phila, PA 19125, followed by his Funeral Mass 10 AM.
