Violet A. McElroy (nee Steinard) passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family October 22, 2025, at the age of 92.  Beloved wife of the late James.  Devoted mother of Linda Haskins (Stephen), Tracie Weinman, Robert Weinman, Jr., and the late William Weinman, the late Michelle Weinman, the late Jamie Gairo, PhD (Anthony).  Loving Nanny of Katherine (Kevin), Kristen (Tyler), Matthew, Fiona, James, Jillian (John), Addison, Robert, and Stephanie.  Also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Graveside Service, Thursday, October 30, 2025, 9:15 AM Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Rd., Newtown, PA 18940.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Violet's memory can be made to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, 3401 Civic Center Blvd., Philadelphia PA 19104.
