Walter Priadka, Jr.

Walter Priadka Jr., 59, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 26, 2026, surrounded by some of his loving family. Walt’s passing came far too soon following a very recent diagnosis of cancer.

Born in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, Walt was raised in Morrell Park in Northeast Philadelphia and was a proud graduate of Archbishop Ryan High School. During his life, Walt enjoyed playing soccer. He was known for his love of reading, his gift for conversation, and his ability to talk with just about anyone. Those who knew Walt will remember him for his unique personality, his stories, and the many memories he created with the people he loved.

Walt was the beloved son of the late Walter Priadka, Sr. and the one who he made a Momme, Barbara Priadka. He was the loving brother of James Priadka (Andrea), John Priadka, Patricia Priadka-Cover, Brad Priadka, and Barbie Szewczak (Rich). He was a cherished uncle to eight nieces and three nephews, who will carry his memory and the love he gave them in their hearts.

Walt was also loved and remembered by many friends and neighbors whose lives he touched throughout the years. His life, his laughter, his stories, and the memories he shared with those closest to him will remain a lasting part of the lives he touched.
