Walter B. Szamatowicz, Jr. passed away on December 1, 2024 at the age of 67. Loving dad to Alina.

Walter graduated from Northeast Catholic High School and went on to finish his degree at the University of Pennsylvania. He was a Philadelphia Police officer for 30 years before retiring. He is also survived by his many loving friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Wednesday, December 11th from 10:00 to 11:30 AM at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19114 followed by his Funeral Service at 11:30AM. Interment will be held at St. Dominics Cemetery.
