William Charlton sadly passed away on September 15th at the age of 64 surrounded by his loving family. He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife Cheryl. The loving father of Stacey (Jared), Melissa & Shauna Charlton, & Ashley Braker. Proud Pop-pop of Julia, Aubrey, Chase, Jordan, James, & Bryce. Brother to Linda (Mike), Walter (Shirley), Harry (Linda), Kathy (Jack), Michael, Mark (Michele), Lisa (Steve), Cindy (Greg), & the late Chuckie & Mary. Son of the late Walter & Mary Charlton. Son in Law to Catherine Horan. Brother in Law to Michele Korolyk (Steve), Nicole Whalen (Scott), & Jimmy Braker. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Born and raised in Philly, Bill was an avid sports fan who loved his Eagles, Flyers, and Phillies. With the ability to always light up a room, Bill will be remembered for his caring nature, quick-witted sense of humor, & devotion to his family. Relatives and friends are invited to gather Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at St. Katherine of Siena 9700 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 9:00am to 10:45am followed by his funeral mass at 11:00am.
