William J. Derbyshire passed away peacefully June 30, 2021 at the age of 93. A US Army Veteran, and a retired police officer for the City of Philadelphia after 23 years. Beloved husband of 63 years to Helen (nee Grant). Loving father of William (Linda), Anita Grove (Dennis), and Martin. Dear grandfather of Dennis (Valerie), Anna, Liam, Alex, Sarah, and Nora. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Saturday July 10, 2021 at St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 from 9:00-9:45 AM followed by his Funeral Mass 10:00 AM.
