William F. Gallagher "Uncle Dit" passed away October 11, 2018.  A WWII Army Veteran who served in European and Pacific Theaters.  Beloved husband of the late Catherine "Cass" (nee Broadbent).  Dear brother of James (Mary) Gallagher, and the late Tom (Ethel) Gallagher, Alice (Bud) Hendricks, and Nancy (Ted) Seiler; loving uncle of Kevin (Donna) Gallagher and many other loving nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to gather Monday 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM, St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia,PA 19114 followed by his Funeral Mass 10:00 AM.  Interment - Resurrection Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to the Delaware Valley Veterans Home, 2701 Southampton Rd., Philadelphia, PA 19154 would be appreciated.
