Beloved husband of Verna (nee Rotchford).  Devoted father of William J. (Michele) and Thomas, dear grandpop of Shaun, Paige, Thomas Jr., and Ryan; also survived by his brothers Jack, Joseph, James and his sisters Kathleen and Trudy.  Bill was a member of AOH Division 39.  Relatives and friends are invited to gather Monday 9 AM, Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, followed by his Memorial Service 11 AM.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to a charity of your choice in his memory would be appreciated.
