William L. "Bill", passed away peacefully on August 30, 2025, at the age of 91.A lifelong resident of the Fishtown section of Philadelphia, Bill was the beloved son of the late William and Elizabeth Healey. He was a dear brother to Elizabeth and was preceded in death by his brothers Paul and John. Survived by his loving nephews John Healey, Robert Healey, and Ron Healey.

Bill retired from the U.S. Navy Yard, after many years of faithful service. He was a devoted member of Immaculate Conception Church and an active participant in the Redmen Organization. In his leisure time, Bill was an avid bowler and enjoyed friendly competition at the lanes, where he earned numerous trophies and built lasting friendships. Services and Interment are Private for the Family.
