William Bell Houck, III passed May 3, 2021.  Husband of Toni (nee Wagher).  Loving Dad of Jessica, Danielle, Nicholas, and Ryan.  Dear brother of Linda Reilly, Donna Myers, and Joseph Houck; also survived by many nieces and nephews.  A gathering will be held Sunday, May 9, 2021, 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM, Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19114, followed by Words of Remembrance 2:00 PM.
