William S. McDowell passed away November 10, 2020 at the age of 59. Beloved husband of Kathleen (nee Jones). Loving father of William (Kristen), James, and Gregory. "Tall Pop Pop" of Liam, Maeve, and one on the way. Dear brother of Michael (Beth), and Brian. Loving son-in-law of Bernice Jones; brother-in-law of John Duaime, George Jones (Noel), and Edward Jones. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Friday 10:00 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by his Service at 1:00 PM. Interment private.
