William P. Mumper passed away August 25, 2021. Beloved husband to Diane(nee Cornell). Loving dad to Matthew, Joseph and Sarah McClenathan (Sean). Pop-Pop to Jack and Macy. Bill is also survived by his brothers Michael (Connie), Richard (Beate) and George (Andrea). Loving uncle to Alison, Mike, Stephanie, Robby and Anna. Brother in law to Peggy and Bob Conzelman and Marie and Tom Mitchell. Relatives and friends are invited to Bill's viewing Monday, at Burns Funeral Home (9708 Frankford Ave., Phila PA 19114) from 7PM-9PM. Viewing Tuesday morning at St. Jerome's Church (8100 Colfax St # 1, Philadelphia, PA 19136) from 8:45AM-9:45AM followed by his funeral mass at 10AM. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
