William L. Siegle passed away December 26, 2025 at the age of 101. Predeceased by his wife Eileen A. (nee Lyons) of nearly 65 years. Loving father of Wiliam M (Jane), devoted grandfather of Kristin Hurley (Robert), William R (Lisa) and Megan James (Logan). Devoted great grandfather of Brynn, Braeden and Maggie Hurley, Isabella Melhado, Sadie and Quinnley Siegle and Landon and Griffin James and several nieces and nephews.

In his earlier years he was an accomplished athlete in football and baseball with the Disston Athletic Association and the Holmesburg Ramblers. After attending Northeast Catholic High School he served honorably as a US Army radio operator in the World War II conflicts in the Philippines, New Guinea and Japan. After his military service he became an expert in all facets of photography with special emphasis on weddings. In his later years he became a championship level golfer at the Bensalem Country Club and the John Byrne Golf Club. He was also a long-time parishioner of St Jerome parish church.

The family wishes to acknowledge the excellent care provided to him for nearly 5 years by Brookdale Evesham as well as the care provided by Serenity Hospice over the last year.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday January 2, 2026 at St. Jerome Church, 8100 Colfax St. Phila., PA 19136 at 10:00 AM followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at St. Dominic Cemetery.
