Zachary T. passed away suddenly December 18, 2020.  Beloved son of Stephen Graf and the late Lori Elliss.  Loving brother of Amanda, Sean, Justin, and Stephen Jr.  Dear grandson of Loretta Elliss; he is also survived by his nephews  Dontay, and Sean Jr., his nieces Gianna and Moleena, and many aunt, uncles, and cousins.  A viewing will be held Tuesday, December 29, 2020, 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM, Burns Funeral Home, 1428 E. Columbia Avenue, Philadelphia, followed by his Funeral Service 11:00 AM.
